At Reviju, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we take great care in preparing and delivering your order, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. Below is our official policy on returns and refunds.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products (juices, wellness shots, and teas), we are unable to accept returns after delivery.
Refunds
We may offer a refund or replacement in the following situations:
Your order arrived damaged or spoiled
You received the wrong item(s)
Your delivery did not arrive due to an error on our part
To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Photos (if applicable)
Refunds Not Available For:
Orders with incorrect address provided by the customer
Products that are perishable and were delivered in good condition
Requests made more than 24 hours after delivery
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations after this time may not be possible, as products may already be in preparation.
Refund Process
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
